Baltimore City schools say "no laptop, no graduation"

According to WBALTV.com, "Laptop computers have been a lifeline for thousands of students learning virtually across the state, but for Baltimore City high school students, it's time to turn them in.

"WBAL-TV 11 News shows how those devices are tied to graduation.
